We make every effort to provide accurate information, but errors and omissions are possible.

The dimensions and other specifications given on the website are mostly taken from manufacturers information and may be approximate. Manufacturers also may change specifications without notice. Please confirm any specific details during the ordering process and e mail confirmation.

All prices shown on this website are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the current rate.

All goods and prices are subject to availability from our suppliers.

2. Collection

If you would prefer to collect your product(s) from our retail outlet, you are more than welcome to do so. If you would like to choose this method of delivery we will contact you when your product(s) is ready for collection. You will be asked to provide photo identification before the product is handed over, for security reasons. Please remember that stoves are both heavy and fragile. Collections can be arranged for Monday-Friday, 9am – 4pm.

3. Delivery

Delivery times vary by manufacturer but usually take 4-6 weeks

Please do not sign for or accept any goods until unpacked and checked in full. Only sign if you are satisfied with the condition of your purchase. Items which are signed for are deemed to be complete and in good condition, and we cannot then accept claims for damage in transit or missing items. If goods are damaged and have been signed for in good condition we will require photographic evidence of the damage.

Most products on our web site are free UK mainland delivery. Purchases under £100 will incur a nominal delivery charge. You will be informed of any delivery charge at the point of order.

If you cancel an order after the delivery process has been arranged, we regret we will have to make a delivery charge even if the products have not reached your address.

Goods can only be supplied within the UK.

4. Ordering

When an order is placed with us you will receive an email with your invoice and details of the products you have ordered. We ask all customers to double check that what has been ordered is correct, we will allow 24 hours for this to be checked before processing your order.

5. Installation

6. Cancellations and Returns

Mail order, telephone and internet sales to individuals are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 ( UK Law Directive 97/7/EC, this protects the consumer by providing a 7 working day “cooling off” period after the day the product has been delivered.

You have the option to cancel any order between the time of placing it and 7 working days after delivery. Cancellations must be in writing by post or e mail , quoting the order number.

  • You have the right to receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation.
  • You are advised to retain the packaging, this will assist you in returning the item.
  • The goods must not have been fitted, installed or used in any way.
  • The goods must be unmarked and free from blemishes of any kind, they must be returned in a saleable condition.
  • The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Returned items must be sent by recorded delivery.
  • When choosing a carrier to return your goods to us, you must ensure that we are allowed to open and inspect the contents when we receive it. If the carrier will not allow us to open the goods then we will not be able to accept delivery.


7. Our Returns Policy

We strive to supply goods in an excellent condition. All our products require careful handling until installation.

We cannot accept the return of products which have been damaged after delivery. All stoves will be checked and photographed before leaving us. On receipt of your stove you must check the product before signing for it.
